The Greenbriar Pool Club, Inc. is a private organization, owned by 600 member families.  All membership sales and rentals are private transactions.  

The Club does not buy or sell memberships. We do maintain a list of people who want to buy a membership.  This list is available to members wanting to sell or rent their membership.  However, members can rent or sell to anyone.  The waiting list is simply a service to match prospective buyers and sellers.  If you want to buy a membership, check the Greenbriar Flyer newspaper and use word of mouth to let anyone and everyone know you want to buy a Pool membership.

A non-member can rent a membership from a member for one year ONLY.  Once you have rented for a year, you cannot rent a membership again.  The Pool charges an $80 rental processing fee.

Members must pay a Maintenance fee due annually before May 1^st.  The 2006 Maintenance Fee is $325.  All fees must be paid and up to date prior to selling or renting a membership.

Recently reported Membership sales have ranged from $325 - $1350 with the most recent sold for $1000.  The pool assesses a $50 transfer fee for all sales and will not honor a sales transaction unless all past fees due to the Pool have been paid for the membership being sold.
