Procedure for Renting Your Membership

1) Print and complete the top portion of the rental application
2) Give the application form to your renter.  They should fill in the bottom portion.
3) Have the renter mail the completed application, the family photo and their processing fee to the pool.  The address is on the application.
4) The processing fee is the renters responsibilities and the maintenance fee is the the owners responsibility.  Do not depend on the renter to pay and send your maintenance fee to the pool.
5) The late fee will be assessed to you if your maintenance fee is not received on time.  The renter is not aware that the due date for maintenance fees is April 30.
