Selling your Membership

Procedure for Selling Your Membership:

To transfer a membership the new member must have three things.
1) The old member's certificate (or letter to the Board of Directors stating that they are unable to locate their certificate.
2) A membership application form filled out by Purchaser and signed by the old member (newer certificates have these forms on the back).
3) A check for the $50 transfer fee made out to Greenbriar pools Club Inc.  Please note, this is to be paid by the purchaser to the pool
* The new member could also send in a small family photo at this time if they choose.
You should
1) Ask Administrative Assistant for an application if your certificate does not have the form on the back. Call the AA at 703-378-4421 on Monday or Thursday 7:30 to 10:30 pm. Please download and complete the application and names form.
2) Give the certificate or application form to the new member.
3) They are to return it to Greenbriar Pool Club, P.O. 220293, Chantilly VA 20153-0293, so a new certificate can be processed and issued in their name. It is important that their name and address be on file so all future correspondence will be sent to them.
A share will not be transferred if there are any unpaid maintenance fees and late fee penalties due on the membership
