The Greenbriar Pool Club, Inc. is a private organization, owned by 600 member families. All membership sales and rentals are private transactions. The Pool does not buy or sell or rent memberships. The Pool does not maintain a wait list. In order to purchase a membership, a current member must be willing to sell their membership. Membership sales and prices are determined by the selling member. A family may rent a membership only one time. The Pool suggests placing an ad in the Greenbriar Flyer, Craigslist and using social media when attempting to purchase, sell or rent a membership.
