Two Greenbriar Pool memberships reverted to the Club due to non-payment of annual fees (two consecutive years of non-payment). As per the Pool Bylaws, the Board of Directors will offer these memberships for sale. They are priced at $2,600 each, which is consistent with recent sales prices.

Please note: The $2,600 purchase price does not include annual fees for 2017, which are $400.

Individuals wishing to purchase a membership should contact the pool administrator at pool@greenbriar.org no later than 5 pm on Friday, April 21. If more than two individuals contact us, we will hold a drawing during our Pool Board meeting on Wednesday, April 26 at 7:30pm. You need not be present, but we must have a contact number we can call to notify you if your name is drawn.
