Eight (8) memberships are available for purchase via lottery. Each membership costs $2,500 and buyers will pay $225 for the 2021 maintenance fee (50% discount). The $75 processing fee will be waived for these memberships sold by the pool. Parties interested in entering the lottery should contact pool@greenbriar.org and provide their email and telephone contact information no later than April 16th. Those requesting to enter the lottery are expected to purchase the membership if they "win" the lottery, which will be held on April 21st.
