The Greenbriar Pool Club tries to support community events, such as the shredding and recycling days held in our parking lot.

This year, we will be making our lot available for use during the annual Neighborhood Yard Sale on May 16th or 17th. We understand that some folks might prefer to sell in this central location rather than in their driveway. We will be charging a $10 fee for two parking spaces in our lot. Proceeds will help fund the Greenbriar Pool Club Dolphins Dive Team! People may use one space to park their car, and the other space for sales, or use both spaces for sales and leave the vehicle at home. Charitable organizations may have a spot for FREE if they will also help with the clean-up at the end of the day.

Notes on safety and logistics:
Selling hours will be between 8 AM and 2:30 PM
The lot gates will open at 6:00 AM, and there will be no vehicle movement allowed on the lot between 7:30 AM and 2:45 PM.
Location is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The lot will be closed at 4:00 PM
The pool clubhouse will not be open.
