Maintenance Fees received after September 7th but before December 31st will be assessed a $100 penalty fee. 

Payments received after December 31st will be assessed a $125 penalty fee.

Maintenance Fee payments receive after May 25th (but before September 7th) will be assessed a $75 penalty fee. 

Payments received after September 7th but before December 31st will be assessed a $100 penalty fee. 

Fees must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2015. Online payments must be received by 11:59 pm, May 1st. 

Payments received between May 1st and May 25th will be assessed a $50 late fee.
