Recent Changes on the Board

The Fall season is upon us, and the leaves aren’t the only things falling. In September Mr. Brian Cummings resigned from the board, as other concerns require his attention. In October, Mr. Charlie Passut tendered his resignation from the Board, as his regular work is demanding more of his time. The Board thanks them both for their excellent service and thanks them for remaining with us for the busy part of the 2025 season.

Mr. Doug Williams was appointed to the board (with unanimous approval) to fill one of the vacancies for the rest of the year and he will be eligible to run for a three year term in February. He brings his experience as a coach and a father as well as strong financial skills.

The board is now six members, and Matt DiGaudio will serve as Vice President through February. This ensures that we still have three officers for the financial work that requires multi-person integrity.

In February, we will have five seats (vacancies and expiring terms) available for election. Three terms will run through 2/2029, one term will expire in 2028, and one will expire in 2027. A candidate may choose to serve for a shorter term, or the short terms may be assigned to the elected members by lot.
